VW brand needs to enlist Self-built E-commerce platform agencies due to business development. Please see the following contents:

1.招募标准 Agency Qualification：

1.1.公司注册时间：2014年1月1日前注册；

Company registration time: before January 1st, 2014

1.2.公司规模：应具备稳定核心团队50人以上；

Company scale: stable core team over 50 employees.

1.3.公司专业素质：具有主流汽车企业自建电商策略咨询或开发搭建或电商平台运营等业务项目经验；具有较强的电商和数字营销环境分析、消费者洞察能力、技术支持和平台构建能力；具备独立直签的主流知名品牌电商策略策划、创意实施、技术开发服务、平台运营和优化经验；具备较强的数据处理和分析能力。 

Company expertise:possess major auto OEM self-built e-commerce strategy or platform building or platform operation experience, strong e-commerce digital communication environment analysis,customer insights analysis abilities,digital technical support and platform building abilities;independent service experience of Self-built E-commerce Platform strategy planning, creative execution, technical service,platform operation and optimization for major brands ;strong data processing and analysis ability.

1.4.人员素质 Staff quality

策略团队具备较强的消费者洞察能力、用户人群分析、需求调研、平台功能规划、用户体验规划、业务流程规划、效果监控及优化服务经验；

Consultant team must have strong consumer insight ability , user analysis ,survey ability , platform architecture and function planning, UE planning , business process , quality monitor & optimization service experience;

技术团队核心人员具备信息技术、信息架构、IT咨询和开发经验；

IT core staff must have IT ,information architecture ,IT consulting and development experience 

客户和运营团队核心人员需具备汽车行业电商平台搭建及运营服务经验；

Account and operation team core staff must have car industry service experience for e-commerce platform building & operation; 

创意团队核心人员需具备4A广告公司创意工作经验；

Creative team core staff must have 4A company creative work experience ;

2.招募须知 Agency Requirement：

2.1.签约后业务范围：涵盖大众品牌自建电商平台的策略、规划、开发与运营优化工作；主要内容包括需求分析、竞品监测及研究、电商平台和用户体验趋势研究、大众品牌电商平台发展策略、业务流程、功能规划、开发、数据/后台监控；平台运营策略、包括但不限于商品、内容、推广、活动、用户和数据运营，功能优化升级和快速迭代开发。

Service scope:Cover Self-built Ecommerce Platform strategy,planning & execution ,development,

operation and optimization.Mainly including demand analysis,competitors monitoring&research , e-commerce platform and UE trend research , VW brand e-commerce platform development strategy , business process, function planning, development , data / background monitoring .Platform operation strategy, including, but not limited to product, content, promotion, activity, users and data operation, function optimization & update ,iterative development.

2.2.商业机密保护：若招募成功，该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议。

Commercial secrets protection: The enlisted agency should abide by related confidential agreements of FAW-VW Automotive Co,. Ltd

2.3.项目成果交付：整个项目生命周期中，需要提供以下的成果物：
Throughout the project life cycle, your company needs to provide the following achievements on time:

· 需求确认阶段提供《需求规格说明书》、《系统原型设计》

"Demand Specification" and "System Prototype Design" at the demand confirmation stage

· 整体规划阶段提供《UI设计图》

"UI Design Diagram" at the overall planning stage

· 验收上线阶段《系统测试报告》、《系统验收报告》、《系统源代码》、《接口设计说明书》

"System Test Report", "System Acceptance Report", "System Source Code" and "Interface Design Specification" at the acceptance listing stage

3.须提交资料 Required Documents：

3.1.申报表（请见附件）请如实填写贵司相关信息，加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

Application form (see attachment), please fill in with real company information, stamp company seal and legal representative signature.

3.2.公司资质：经年检合格的有效期内、经营范围符合的营业执照，增值电信业务经营许可证ICP或EDI（如具有需提供），税务登记证，组织机构代码证及其它证明材料；法人代表证明书或法人委托书；法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。（注：以上内容请提供复印件；营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息）。上市公司需提供上市交易所及股票代码。中国大陆办公室具体地址及相应成立时间（须提供证明材料）

Company qualification: business license（Within the period of validity and upon the compliance of scope of business）, Business license for value-added telecommunications service ICP or EDI，tax registration certificate,organization code certificate and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative andtransactor:(note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license andprovide business license authenticity online query information ). The location and open time of China office(note: must have the proof material )

3.3.由公司法人和总经理共同签署的依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金声明及前三年经营活动中无违法违规记录声明并加盖公司章。

The corporate legal person and the general manager shall jointly sign a statement about legal

payment of taxes and social security funds as well as a statement about no illegal records in the

business activities of the past three years, and affix company seal as well.

3.4.公司优势资源介绍，包括服务能力和服务范围、服务的主要客户、成功案例（请提供合同为证）和单位及个人获奖情况（获奖证明材料复印件并加盖公司印章）等。

Company advantage resource introduction, include service ability and service scope, main client,

successful case (please provide contract) and company or personal award (copy of award certificate with

company stamp), etc.

3.5.各类专业服务人员的数量、资历及业务水平等（策略创意、客户、技术支持等核心人员必须提供近半年的社保缴纳证明）。

All kinds of professionals number, qualification and business capability (strategy＆creative , account , technical support staff must provide social security payments document in recent 6 months)

3.6.近3年(2014，2015，2016)公司营业额及相关证明文件。

Company annual revenue and related certification documents in recent 3 years (2014,2015,2016)；

3.7.出具银行资信证明文件。

3.8.目前所服务客户介绍及相关证明文件

Current client introduction and related documents

针对3.4-3.6，除书面资料外，还请自行录制公司情况、核心人员、历史业绩介绍短片存在优盘里一并提供，时间以10分钟为限。上述资料和信息必须属实。如查明有虚假资料和信息，将取消其招募资格。

As for 3.4-3.6, except paper copies, please provide 10 minutes video footage of company introduction, core personnel, company achievement in a USB stick. All the above information and documents must be true. Fake information or document will result in canceling the qualification of bidding.

3.9.提供公司完整的组织机构、岗位职责、流程、工作考核记录及招聘标准、人员管理、培训、激励机制等人员发展规划。

To provide the Companys complete organizational structure, job responsibilities, processes, work assessment records, recruitment standards, personnel management, training, incentive mechanisms and other personnel development plans.

4.招募公司需愿意与一汽-大众共同预防和治理不廉洁行为，入选后签署廉洁合同。

The  recruitment  company needs to be willing to jointly prevent and control corrupt behaviors with FAW - VW and sign an integrity contract after being selected.
